during one whole season of my youngest daughters soccer games some lady whom I would have sworn I'd never met in my life would call me by name and say hey you remember when this happened in school and talk like we were once best friends. I never got the nerve to say I have no clue who the hell you are. some of the things I remembered about school, but nothing that partained to her. I to this day dont even know what her name was. she called me by name every time I saw her and I never could figure out who she was. I was so glad when my daughter didnt play on that team the next year.

That's a great story Chaser. When I moved back to Albuquerque after being gone for 15 years, I was constantly running into people I had either forgotten about or couldn't remember at all. It's also amazing what that amount of time does to what people look like. The manager at our local Loews was someone I used to hang out with all the time. He remembers me well but I can't for the life of me remember anything about him!

I usually get uncomfortable and they realize that I don't know who the fuck they are. Sometimes they tell me and I still don't know.
